What does it cost me?

Do I earn anything?
The payoff is happier guests and fewer transport questions at your desk, not a commission — which is exactly why there's nothing for you to invoice or reconcile. If you're sending real volume and would rather earn a cut, just tell us and we'll sort something by hand.
I already rent bikes to guests — does this undercut me?
No. Your own rates stay yours, and the 5% comes out of Roam's fee, not the owner's share. If you'd like, list your own bikes on Roam too and keep 85% of every booking, paid in cash at handover.
How much work is it for my staff?
None day-to-day. Guests book, pay and get delivered by us; we handle the contract and support on WhatsApp. Your team just points guests at your code.
